Press Release - Tuesday Talks 2006
Historian Georges Arsenault will launch this year’s “Tuesday Talks at the Acadian Museum” on July 4th at 7:30 p.m. In his presentation, to be given in French, he will talk about the history of Egmont Bay’s churches, presbyteries, and parish halls built since the foundation of the parish in 1812. The lecture will be illustrated with numerous old and recents photos, including snapshots of the building of the fourth church in 1922-23.
The lecture series will continue until August 8 :
